The sun was setting behind a pack of wild dogs that were hunting wildebeest.  We followed them through a thicket and eventually they got hold of a sub-adult wildebeest.  They are unbelievable hunters and to watch them make a kill is one of the best sightings that I have ever seen.

While I was out on a morning drive with the trainee rangers, we noticed a beautiful Flame Lily.  As we were studying the flower, we noticed the camouflaged chameleon in the long grass, hoping that we had not seen him!  I quickly grabbed my camera and took some shots of it - thats when it retreated backwards and looked like it was stretching! Beautiful!

When watching the migration, you often see zebra's leaning on each other during the heat of the day.  They stand head to tail so that one flicks the flies away from the other's face.  Very clever.
