Profile: My name is Joseph Ole Kima.I was born in 1970 Narok district, Rift valley province. I always had a dream to work in the tourism industry, wildlife sector. My dream came true when I secured a vacancy with &Beyond Kichwa Tembo Camp as a naturalist and Maasai cultural lecturer. In 2004 I felt I should do more and joined Mwewe ranger training school in Tanzania where I went through an intensive training and qualified as a Ranger Guide/Naturalist. Then I went back for training on walking course and qualified as a grade 1 walker. My guests enjoy the game drives, walks, cultural talks and bird watching.
