On our way back to the lodge, we came accross this Red Necked Spurfowl dust bathing in the middle of the road, getting rid of parasites. We watched it for about ten minutes before it got up, gave a loud call and then went on its way. Great sighting!

As I drove past this termite mound, I noticed these two Dwarf Mongoose pop their heads out. I stopped the vehicle and they seemed to be quite curious as to what we were. Eventually, one of them got out of the hole and went and sun bathed on top of the termite mound. They are always fun to watch!

With lots of giraffes at Kleins Camp, we are seeing quite a few of the males fighting, necking each other. Fantastic sightings! This male had just won a battle with another male.

At the moment we are seeing this Cheetah quite often at Kleins Camp. We normally see Cheetah close to the airstrip as it is an open area but this Cheetah is often seen in front of the lodge in the open clearing.

With lots of flowers at Klein's Camp, this is definitely one of the most beautiful flowers on earth. Its called the Flame Lily and it is easy to see where it gets its name from.

One clear evening, after a few solid days of rain, we went out to do some 'frogging'. The noise was incredible, with about nine varieties calling. When we found this Marble Tree snake we watched as it fed on the many painted reed frogs around. Capturing this moment was a balance of much luck and patience.
