Profile: Brett’s home town is Durban, where he worked in the manufacturing industry for seven years before finally leaving the city of pursue his dream of becoming a guide. He started guiding at Madikwe Safari Lodge in 2008 and is now at Kirkman's Kamp.

Brett has always harboured a deep interest in the bush and in wildlife. His main passion is reptiles, and he has kept and bred snakes for over 20 years. Brett considers it a privilege to live and work in such a fantastic reserve, with such a professional and positive team. His ambition is to visit all the lodges in the &Beyond family in the years to come.
