Profile: I was educated at Michaelhouse and subsequently completed my Bachelor of Science majoring in Environmental Science and Zoology at Rhodes University. The best part of my job is following the ‘North Pride' of lions on Phinda - everyday if I could. I love photography and just being out in the bush, whether I am watching butterflies fly, lions hunting or birding through the sand forest - I love it all! When training I was taught by a great ranger that once you have realized the simplistic privileges of all that is around you, each animals has it's own individual value. One can truly enjoy and appreciated working and guiding in the bush
