Profile: Coming from an engineering background, I initially worked on motor yachts in Madagascar and the Comores. Thereafter I worked extensively abroad, residing mainly in the States and Sweden. I have also done industrial abseiling, farm work in Israel, and most recently taught English in Taiwan for 4 years. I have always had a keen interest in conservation and the natural world, and have backpacked throughout the Phillippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and parts of China. For me, teaching kindergarten in Taiwan, and seeing the Komodo dragons in their natural environment as the highlights of my life so far. I have a keen interest in herpetology and am an avid amateur photographer, specialising in macro photography. I also enjoy diving and am a certified rescue diver. I have been working for CC Africa for almost two years now, and have worked at both Mountain Lodge and Zuka Lodge. I currently work at Getty House.
