A journey, dazzles, spots and a crash!
This morning the weather was perfect, sunny and fresh, and not a breath of wind. First thing i heard on the radio was something quite unusual. Almost all the cheetahs on Kwandwe had been seen almost on top of each other. There were two adult males, a young female and her four cubs, and an older female and her four subadults, all within a few hundred metres of each other! Deciding that this was something not be missed we headed in that direction. As if this wasn't enough, we came around a corner to find a journey of around 15 giraffes, a large dazzle of zebras, small sounder of warthogs, a crash of three white rhinos, and in the distance, out of the thicket came the spots, in the form of the younger female cheetah and her four cubs, being watched very closely by the above crowd of herbivores, and a land cruiser full very lucky and happy guests, and a chuffed ranger and tracker!
