AN AMAZING DAY!

We were out on a day game drive in the Serengeti National Park when we swere lucky enough to experience a lot of  truly great sightings. These included two pairs of lions mating and wildebeest crossing the Mara River. On our way back, we thought that the drive simply could not get any better. We came across this male black rhino in the open grass plains.

Five rhinos have recently been released back into the Serengeti from a breeding project in South Africa. This was a very lucky sighting for us to have witnessed. It's great to see rhinos in the park again!
