&BEYOND Serengeti Under Canvas
The locations of these migratory camps are carefully plotted to coincide with the documented movements of the annual Great Migration as it traverses the Serengeti plains. Having secured some of the Serengeti’s best semi-permanent campsites, we are able to bring our guests as close as possible to the migration or resident game. These campsites are all prebooked for &BEYOND’s use, allowing us tremendous flexibility in moving our camps according to the expected migration movements.

An Owl hunt in the day...?
On our game drive today heading towards west in the woodland, we had planned to look for a Leopard to start with how ever knowing that nature will provide, just scanning through the woodland we saw a very large bird that does not appear in day time normally “Verreaux Eagle – Owl”two of them on Acacia Umbrella, close by was an open area we could see lots of helmeted guinea fowl which immediately clicked that were the target to the Owl, with in not much time one of the Owl flew to launch hunt against the guinea fowl, with no lucky and probably not good timing did not succeed as all guinea fowl had flew away before the owl landed….James Ombeni – Serengeti Under Canvas Camp1.
