Grumeti Serengeti Tented Camp consists of ten delightful tents tucked away in the extraordinary Serengeti National Park - widely seen as the planet's greatest functioning ecosystem. The Grumeti River has some of the world's biggest hippos and Nile Crocodiles. During certain times of year, you have a ring-side seat for the famous great migration.
Apes About
It was a pleasant evening when we spotted a rare and shy black & white Colobus Monkey at Grumeti River. A few metres away we saw another interaction of two different species of animals; this consisted of a Black-faced Vervet Monkey and a Baboon. In amongst the interaction we spotted one of the baboons grooming a vervet monkey whilst the others were foraging before nightfall. They just made our drive superb! Grumeti Ranger Team
