Cheetahs released on NamibRand Nature Reserve

Two days ago three cheetah were released onto NamibRand Nature Reserve, the reserve on which Sossusvlei Mountain Lodge is situated. With somewhere in the region of 15,000 springbok, the timing couldn't be better. With a good leopard population, some Spotted Hyenas (track have been seen recently,) and Cheetahs, the reserve now boasts a fair number of African predators for a desert area.
