early lunch
my guest(Alan&alan piggot)and i took of for a morning game drive on a main mission of looking for a cheetah.fortunately as we came near serena behind the sundowner hill we saw one female resting under some croton bushes.it was very aware and after some minutes she bolted after a group of thomson gazelles it was very unusual cos they were aware of it the whole time the gazelles ran off and we thought that was the closest were going to see a kill.the cheetah stopped running and started sniffing around to our amazement there was a fawn hiding in the grass and the cheetah quickly got it by the neck killed it and consumed within five minutes.it was a sad day for the mother gazelle but an intresting sighting.
