Lioness, cubs, and impala prey
We were watching a lioness drowsing in the afternoon sun, when her two "teenage" cubs began roaring a few metres away. They had taken down a young impala, and as we watched, the mother ran over to kill the impala, and the three of them feasted on the animal, completely consuming it within 30 minutes.
