LOVE FOR A STRANGER
It was rainy day afternoon of 17 April 12, I was heading to Tree Camp from North Camp. When I reach South Camp main area, I saw the chick of Diderick Cuckoo perching on the handrail. I took some photos quickly. Suddenly after a few seconds, the Yellow Vented Bulbul adult arrived and landed near that chick of Diderick. What was happening was that Yellow Vented bulbul started feeding that chick of Diderick Cuckoo. I know that Cuckoos practice brood parasites, laying their eggs in the nests of other birds etc. For me this was the first time I'd seen this interesting sighting though. It is interesting to watch this different species of bird feeding another. What I learned from this act of kindness is a lesson of love for a stranger.
