MAGICAL PLACE

Living in an area where every day passes by with wildlife storming through the area and that is full of adventure is simply the best time in my whole life.

We left in the morning for a game drive with my two guests, Vadim and Katya. The main quest for the drive was to find the elusive cat; the leopard. Whilst on the way to 'ranger post' we come across this cat walking just about 10-15 metres from the road and was very relaxed. We followed her for a while and it was an amazing sight as she sat and looked at us before continuing on to her hiding place.

Then we continued on with the drive and found the 'ranger post pride' with a fresh kill and about 13 lions on the carcass feeding. We experienced awesome interactions as we watched with the cubs playing with the adults, all of their bellies full and touching the ground. It was amazing watching them.

Even though the Great Migration herds are now on the Mara, Serengeti has a lot to offer and is full of surprises from the awesome wildlife around: cats, crocodiles and many more. It is an awesome place to be!
