MORNING DRIVE ON THE CRATER FLOOR
We were the first ones on the crater floor yesterday. The morning light was beautiful and we could hear zebras, hyaenas and flamingos in the distance. Thousands of Abdims storks flew above us when we were stretching our legs near Seneto springs. We then drove towards round table hill on the open grass plains. We came across a pair of mating lions, cheetah, a big breeding herd of buffalo, a herd of male elephants, and hyaena eating a wildbeest calf in one drive. It was a fantastic morning!
