Mother leopard with two cubs
After a coffee break during the morning game drive, our ranger, Katembo, noticed that there are fresh leopard tracks on the road we had previously driven on. Only 100 meters from were we saw the track, we saw the leopard move into the bushes. We followed to find not only one but three leopards – a mother and two cubs, aged at approximately one year old. We were fortunate to see the mother lick and clean the female cub, the male cub jumped about two meters in the air to catch a Franklin and the three moving through the bush hunting. It was awesome!
