Sandibe Safari Lodge is sheltered in a forest of wild palms and fig trees and flanked by the papyrus-rich channels of the Okavango Delta. The sensitively designed lodge witnesses the ever-changing moods of the Delta, from wintry oasis to rainy rejuvenation.

Opportunistic crocodile

This crocodile, approximately 1 year old, can be found at the water crossing closest to the camp everyday. He lies waiting for a vehicle to go through the water creating waves which push small fish towards it to feed on.
