Grumeti Serengeti Tented Camp consists of ten delightful tents tucked away in the extraordinary Serengeti National Park - widely seen as the planet's greatest functioning ecosystem. The Grumeti River has some of the world's biggest hippos and Nile Crocodiles. During certain times of year, you have a ring-side seat for the famous great migration.

During our evening game drive we had a great time with my Guest when we saw the h andsome and very pretty vulture. It is called White headed vulture which is very rare to see. They were feeding on a dead Genet and a Lapped face vulture was joined in on the feast. No one knows how the genet died, however these vultures are know to sometimes hunt small creatures.
