Grumeti Serengeti Tented Camp consists of ten delightful tents tucked away in the extraordinary Serengeti National Park - widely seen as the planet's greatest functioning ecosystem. The Grumeti River has some of the world's biggest hippos and Nile Crocodiles. During certain times of year, you have a ring-side seat for the famous great migration.
SUPER HUNTER
We have seen her around for two weeks now. This female cheetah is a super hunter. During the first day that we saw her she chased a young female gazelle, but missed. On the second day we found her eating. After two days she chased and missed again. The next day she chased and caught a gazelle. So we knew that if she hunted today and we followed that she would hunt again and today she killed this baby Thomson gazelle. She was so happy again.
