Super Month
The past month on Ngala has been unbelievable the game viewing has just never come to an end with so much happening around us. It all started at around the beginning of last month December 2007 and is still going on now, just a very brief summary of what we have been seen on our very special properties Ngala. Wild dogs, cheetahs, leopards, herds of elephants, Buffalo’s all the baby Impalas, lions, lion cubs and lots more. The packs of 9 wild dogs have been around and seem two have settled on the southern and western parts on Ngala. The cheetahs we had a record the other day of 12 deferent Cheetahs on Ngala. Not all has been so happy we also had a sad day here when some of our trackers were following one of our leopards and found him dead his brother managed to survive and was spotted about two days ago now. All the migrant birds have arrived back now and have been enjoying the termites that have been erupting out of there mounds as well as the juice dung beetles. Along with all this the chores of the frogs at night have been defining and the Cicada beetles during the day. The rains have also come and the bush is looking good, what a treat it is working at Ngala.
