Kirkman's Kamp
Kirkman's Kamp, with its spectacular views of the unspoilt wilderness and the Sabi Sand River, is regarded as one of the best loved lodges in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve. A well known historic camp, originally built in the early 1920's Kirkmans Kamp celebrates the atmosphere of an early South African lowveld homestead.

THE FEMALE LEOPARD BEHIND THE LODGE
Who we thought was a young female leopard was actually the contrary. It was the Rollercoaster female leopard (about 8 yrs) killing a bushbuck some nights ago and dragging it through the lodge. Yesterday we found her just underneath the lodge with her now about three month old cub. She fetched the young male cub to bring him to his first carcass – on the rocks behind Kirkman’s Kamp.
