Ngala Private Game Reserve has the privilege of being the only private reserve in the world-renowned Kruger National Park. Opulent Ngala Game Lodge pays tribute to a bygone era of elegance while Ngala Tented Safari Camp is chic and modern.

Too Wild Walking @Ngala
We intended to stroll for a a few hours, but the game just kept coming and we eventually got back for brunch! 3 White Rhino picked up our scent and as we retreated they followed us to each termite mound we were using as cover - very exciting. We left hoping to relax, but ahead on a game trail, 3 cheetah appeared, casually looked at us and headed off! On foot! We started heading home and that is when the buffalo started: a small breeding herd resting in the shade of the Timbavati, then another herd heading to a pan to drink and then a large breeding herd of around 500 was blocking our way to camp when it was just about in sight. Almost home and then the dagga boys ensured we had to detour again on the Northern bank before getting back to camp. Anyone for a walk?
