Two new Bird Species for SML
Over the last few days there have been a few interesting sightings. This year has been fantastic for birds, and it still carries on. Yesterday Vitalis saw a Yellow-billed Kite near the staff vilage area (Brandy Shack).
On the 18th Ophious saw a Fork-tailed Drongo at Sossusvlei picnic area. Though a common bird elsewhere, we have never seen them here. We include Sossusvlei birds on our birdlist because we use the birdlist to reflect the areas that we traverse regularly with guests. Our birdlist now stands at 112 species.
