We were just 3min into our morning safari after a heavy down pour, expecting a quite morning. Wild Dogs! as Casper(Ranger) shouted, pointing at them, right in the middle of Katombola East road. With the aid of our binoculars we were shocked to see Giraffe leg caught in a leadwood stump and lions devouring their rare kill. We...

A cheetah has been sigted with two cubs aged about three months old. At first the cubs were a bit nervous of the vehicle but got settled again. The mother was comfortable in a way that shows their return. We left the sighting when they were showing interest in impalas which were feeding nearby.
